The National Apartment Council of Canada is recruiting its first Chief Executive Officer — a visionary leader to drive the next stage of national growth and influence.

As the united voice of Canada’s private apartment developers, the Council represents firms responsible for the vast majority of the country’s rental housing. Our members bring practical, on-the-ground expertise to help shape housing policy, accelerate purpose-built rental supply, and ensure private sector insight is reflected in federal decision-making.

The CEO will work closely with the Board, President, and senior leadership team to expand membership, strengthen advocacy and government relations, and advance the organization’s national impact. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a lasting institution that gives developers a coordinated, credible, and respected voice in Ottawa.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (some travel required)
