Founder & Executive Member

Founder & Executive Membership is the highest level of engagement with the National Apartment Council. This designation is reserved for close associates, trusted industry leaders, and key partners who will shape the National Apartment Council’s direction from the beginning. Members at this tier hold voting rights on advocacy priorities and financial allocations, while ultimate organizational authority remains with the National Apartment Council’s corporate officers (President/Board Chair and designated Directors).

Affiliate Membership is for developers and firms seeking to contribute to the National Apartment Council’s mission and benefit from industry access without governance responsibilities. Affiliate Members provide support and input through committees and working groups but do not hold voting rights.
