- Held the National Launch Meeting with private apartment developers from across Canada.
- Delivered the Build Canada Homes and 2026 Pre-Budget
- Grew to nearly 45 members with over $1 million committed in our first quarter.
- Hosted regional meetings across Alberta, Ontario, and Manitoba.
- Participated in major national forums, including the Toronto Apartment Development & Affordable Housing Conference and the Ottawa Real Estate Forum.
- Engaged senior federal officials atFinance, Housing, and CMHC.

Q1 will advance concise, high-impact federal priorities, including:
- GST/HST clarityto improve rental project economics
- CMHC financing modernization
- Federal cost-relief measures
- National Building Code harmonization
- A modernized MURB framework
These priorities reflect direct member input and ongoing federal discussions, ensuring advocacy remains focused, practical, and grounded in development realities.

A national forum bringing private apartment developers and federal policymakers together to shape the next phase of rental housing policy.
